XS trading miles is a generous loyalty program that rewards you for trading and loyalty. Earn XS miles on every trade, move up tiers to enjoy more benefits, and redeem your miles for withdrawable cash or gifts.
Step 1
Log in to your XS Portal. If you are a new client, register with XS.
Step 2
Trade on eligible accounts and earn XS Miles automatically.
Step 3
Use your XS Trading Miles to redeem Cash or Gifts.
Clients are placed into different loyalty membership tiers based on the total notional volume of their closed positions over the past 90 days, as per the below table:

$2,000,001 - $10,000,000
$10,000,001 - $25,000,000
$25,000,001 - $100,000,000
$100,000,001+
Tier upgrades are applied the next day after closing your first trade, once the volume criteria is met.
Moving between tiers:
Daily evaluation (~01:00 CET+3) based on last 90 days' volume.
• Monthly evaluation on the 1st of each month based on last 90 days' volume. • Inactivity of 20 consecutive days results in a one-level demotion.
Note: Promotions and demotions, determined solely by cumulative trading volume over the 90-day period, may involve skipping levels.

XS Miles rewards you for trading. As you trade, you earn miles and move through membership tiers. You can redeem your miles for cash rewards or gifts.
Go to the Redeem XS Miles page in your client portal. Select the product you'd like to redeem. Once approved, the amount will be manually credited to your wallet as withdrawable balance, or the gift will be delivered to you.
Promotions are evaluated daily at ~01:00 (CET+3) based on your trading volume over the past 90 days. Depending on the volume achieved, you may be promoted by more than one level.
Demotions are evaluated only on the 1st of each month, based on your trading volume over the past 90 days. Depending on the volume achieved, you may be demoted by more than one level. No trading activity for 20 consecutive days results in a one-tier downgrade.
You earn Tier points for every lot you trade on eligible account types and trading instruments. Only closed positions held for more than 2 minutes will count.
No, but if you're inactive for 90 consecutive days, all unused points will be removed.
